Bay Alarm Medical: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 2/19/2024
Pay Range: $18-20/hr
Contract Length: 6 month contract to hire
Worksite Location: 1140 Galaxy Way Suite #150, Concord, CA 94520
Schedule:
Hours of Operation are Mon-Fri 6am-6pm Sat & Sun 8am-4:30pm – must be open to any shift within this range.
Job Description:
Handle and bring to resolution, inquires from customers regarding service, billing, technical assistance, procedures, or any facet of a customer’s account. Manage outgoing phone calls and customer requests.
Essential Job Functions:
· Answer incoming telephone calls
· Initiate outbound calls to customers
· Provide exceptional Customer Service
· Perform all data entry needed to keep customer accounts current and accurate
· Schedule follow up calls
· Identify solutions to customer problems
· Technical Support troubleshooting
· Billing inquiries
· Account updating
· Cancellations
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding:
· Alarm signals
· Pending follow up calls
· Return procedures
· Accounts receivable
· Log account activity in salesforce.com
· Work with ups.com, maintain data in vendor systems, and run inquiries and audits through merchant account systems
· Sit with and help educate new hires on workflow, processes of Bay Alarm Medical
· Understand the intricacies of all hardware deployed, and be able to walk customers through installation, troubleshooting, etc
· Provide excellent Customer Service, up to and including saving customers
