We are seeking a Financial Clerk to ensure accurate process and recording of the company's payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, daily data entry and perform related work as required.
This is a full-time, in-office position located at DOCS Health's headquarters in Pipersville, PA.
Responsibilities- Manage work-flow to ensure all necessary data entries are processed timely and accurately.
- Perform daily/weekly/semi-monthly finance data entries, as needed.
- Process employee data (new hires, changes).
- Process accurate and timely reports as needed
- Assist finance team with any other administrative tasks.
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30am-5:30pm
- Strong PC knowledge including proficiency in Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential information
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
