Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at Omnia US, you will be the frontline of our organization, providing outstanding service to our customers and supporting their needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to start a career in Customer Service.

Salary Range:

$39,500 - $52,500 per year

Responsibilities:


  • Customer Interaction:
    Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

  • Problem Solving: Listen to customers' concerns and find effective solutions to meet their needs, escalating complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of [Company Name]'s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our CRM system.

  • Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services, and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
