2. Order Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to assist customers with their product-related inquiries, sizing, and style recommendations.
4. Problem Solving: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and diplomacy, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of our latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in our Customer Service processes and suggest solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
