We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Accounting Associate to strengthen our finance department. This role is ideal for someone eager to lay a solid foundation in their accounting career within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Role Summary:

As an Entry-Level Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial transactions and records. This position is geared towards individuals who are detail-oriented, excel in using Microsoft Excel, and possess a keen interest in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries for accurate record-keeping.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
• Support monthly and annual closings for timely financial reporting.
• Maintain financial records, including ledger and accounts management.
• Enhance financial processes and controls in collaboration with the team.
• Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department.
• Participate in special projects and assignments from senior finance staff.
• Facilitate documentation for bank and external audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
