THE GREAT PAY
We offer a competitive pay of $22 per hour plus a differential of $0.75 for overnight shifts.

At The Sophia Way, we are driven by our passion for addressing the issue of homelessness and providing support to women in need. Since our establishment on December 8, 2008, our organization has become a beacon of hope and change for women experiencing homelessness. We are committed to guiding them on their journeys toward safe and stable living.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You will work between the hours of 11:15 pm and 7:15 am. Part-time employees typically work 30 hours/week, and full-time employees typically work 32 - 40 hours/week with some overtime as needed.
As an Overnight Shelter Staff Member, you'll be working closely with our clients, providing them with the resources they need for a better tomorrow. From ensuring a clean and safe shelter environment to meeting their daily needs, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Your dedication and care will make a lasting impact on those we serve, creating a brighter future for all.
