SalaryLegacy Parking Company is a rapidly growing Parking Asset Management company looking to add an Entry Level Accountant to our Corporate team in Downtown Chicago!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform daily banking activities
- Perform monthly GL activities
- Process AP (ACH payment setup, vendor set up, etc.)
- Assist Account Managers in preparation of client financial reports
- Assist revenue coordinator in daily reconciliation of revenue reports
- Perform other accounting duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree
- 0-1+ years of experience
- Creative problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative and possesses a strong work ethic
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness with strong time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively work with people at all levels within the organization
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
