As an Entry Level Account Manager, your main objective is to increase brand awareness of readily available clean energy solutions and establish new accounts in a designated target market. Our Account Managers are excellent communicators with a passion for environmentally-friendly causes and are determined to advance their careers. You will also ensure that client performance objectives are recognized and satisfied, nurture and maintain account relationships, and collaborate with fellow colleagues and executives to determine effective account and sales strategies.
Essential Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing accounts and execute an entire sales cycle to meet campaign objectives
Create and develop plans and product sales strategies to continuously build new accounts while maintaining positive feedback from existing accounts
Gather feedback on the quality of the customer interaction throughout the sales and order process
Sell and market on behalf of our clients using consultative sales and upsell tactics to ensure customer wants and needs are met
Lead weekly business meetings with the internal account management team to communicate any new promotions, products, services, or information from the client
Build positive and friendly relationships with all accounts and proactively strive for customer satisfaction and excellence
Assist the team in exceeding monthly revenue goals and reaching to improve account retention
Advocate for accounts internally, and utilize internal resources to drive customer success
Assist in the onboarding and training of new Account Managers after completing your training period and expressing interest in career advancement opportunities
Qualifications and Skills Needed to Excel in the Entry Level Account Manager Role:
Bachelor Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Management, or Marketing preferred)
1-2 years of Sales or Account Management experience is a plus
A strong sense of urgency to ensure clients needs are met daily
Ability to build long term relationships throughout the organization with other managers, clients, and most importantly, customers
A self-starter and able to motivate yourself in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic knowledge and navigation with Microsoft, Apple, and Android products for account tracking
Responsible, loyal, and trust are all must-haves in this role due to handling sensitive and personal customer information
Highly organized and detail-oriented while being thorough and quick on your feet
