What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Enterprise Vendor Specialist within our CORPAY division. This position falls under our Nvoicepay line of business in Beaverton, OR or Brentwood, TN - Remote. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue for Corpay by assisting the payment automation process through daily interaction with new and existing suppliers and customers.
The position will take inbound emails and calls on payments, contact detail changes and general questions driving bottom-line results for our customers by maintaining or increasing supplier acceptance of revenue-driving electronic payments. The Enterprise Vendor Specialist role requires exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as demonstrably accurate experience with vendor record management.
You will report directly to the hiring manager and regularly collaborate with vendors and other internal departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Strategically focusing on increasing and retaining MasterCard & CorpayDirect spend for Enterprise Vendors.
  • Continuously identifying and adding valuable vendors to the Enterprise Vendor Program.
  • Perpetually recording management and linking, with emphasis on converting PC/ACH spend into MasterCard revenue. Perform regular sweeps to maximize revenue potential.
  • Regularly auditing existing vendors to ensure accurate record linking and capitalize on revenue opportunity.
  • Increasing revenue through our MasterCard Limit Program by identifying new vendors, and properly managing payments daily.
  • Supporting suppliers (and customers) through inbound emails and phone calls. Resolve questions and issues to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Entering information received into the database; provide follow up communication with supplier defining any additional information or steps required. Clearly communicate procedures and policies by email and phone.
  • Maintaining records of vendor and customer accounts- interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments or needed actions.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Higher education in business, accounting or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Minimum of six months customer service experience (preferably at Corpay, or in call center or software environment).
  • Intermediate computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of CRM or ticketing software preferred.
  • Administrative — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records in a database, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Technology— Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and data driven tools. Demonstrative ability to use Nvoicepay’s systems and software. Use of database products, CRM software (Salesforce), fax and phone systems.
  • Critical Thinking and Persuasion— Using logic and reasoning to recognize details of situations, identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Persuading others to change their minds or behavior or to try new approaches. The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. At FLEETCOR, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $52K - 55K.
