Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect with a strong background in engineering and product development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the healthcare and Medical Devices industry, possessing a deep understanding of the technical landscape, regulatory requirements, and GXP standards within this sector. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that address the complex challenges faced by our organization and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements. Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals while considering scalability, security, compliance, and adherence to GXP standards within the healthcare and Medical Devices Domain.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Drive best practices in architecture, design, coding, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables compliant with GXP regulations.
Product Engineering: Leverage your strong product engineering background to contribute to the development of new products and features. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining GXP compliance.
System Integration: Architect and implement integration solutions between disparate systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across the enterprise ecosystem while adhering to GXP guidelines.
Risk Management and Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards within the healthcare and Medical Devices sector, including GXP regulations. Ensure that solutions comply with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, and GXP guidelines.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement while considering GXP implications. Make recommendations for technology adoption and investment based on industry trends and organizational needs.
Documentation and Communication: Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, including GXP-related considerations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, with a focus on healthcare and Medical Devices, and strong familiarity with GXP standards.
Strong background in engineering and product development, with hands-on experience in software development and system architecture.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, DICOM) as well as GXP guidelines.
Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) and GXP-related certifications are a plus.

Salary: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
