People Architects has partnered with a MARTECH company to identify a high-performing Enterprise Sales Professional. The ideal Enterprise Sales Executive has a hunter mindset that will help drive our growth by creating long-term relationships with new customers. We are looking for a passionate and eager professional who values delivering a strong customer experience. This will be a mainly remote role with travel to the NJ headquarters on occasion.
Position Overview:
The Enterprise Sales Executive will focus primarily on new business expansion sales throughout the US. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with establishing a strategic plan to identify net-new business as well as engaging current customers to foster ongoing business relationships.
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Sales Executive:
- A New Business hunter with 5 years proven SaaS selling experience.
- Leverage network to generate new business opportunities.
- Experience in using MEDDICC to qualify and progress sales cycles.
- Prior experience selling Marketing Technologies.
- Responsible for the sales process from start to close/handoff.
- Strong capability to identify customer’s objectives and pain points.
- Understanding and ability to use of data and insights.
- Ability to drive and build out stakeholder and decision-making relationships across functional areas within prospect accounts.
- Work with the greater team to share market insights and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain Business plans and Business reports including monthly forecasting accuracy towards quarterly targets and to maintain an appropriate level of qualified pipeline required to hit the target.

- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively and pivot as needed.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits:

- A role requiring 3+ years of SaaS sales experience Base (Base of $130k + $130k potential in commission or higher. )
