Join Blackbaud's Corporate ImpactEnterprise Sales team, comprisingof EVERFI (the leading "Impact-as-a Service" digital e-learning company) and YourCause(a leader in software solutions for employee giving, volunteering and corporate grantmaking). As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible forbuilding executive relationships and executing partnership programs with professionals spanning Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Marketing, Risk Management and Compliance, and Foundation teams representingmidsizedfinancial institutions, Fortune 1000 companies, and other large enterprises.

The Enterprise Customer AccountExecutive(CAE)is responsible forbuilding and growing effective long-term relationships with existing and new stakeholders in an assigned group of existing client accounts to deliver against expansion opportunities.This includes proactively educating institutional leaders about the EVERFI and YourCausesolutions and product offerings as well as providingclear and compelling proposals centered on how to use the Corporate Impact product platforms to drive value in the organizations, aligned against customer goals and objectives.

The CAEis directly responsiblefor developing a plan and executing against weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagement opportunities to generate pipeline, and ultimately deliveringagainst monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

The CAEwill also partner with Customer Success Leads and Strategic Renewals Executive aligned against the customers in their territory to ensure that we are leveragingbusiness reviews and customer engagement opportunities to strategically work towards renewal and white space opportunities for expansion.

You will be responsible for working with customerswho licenseEVERFIfinancial education and community engagement solutionsthat help companies "bridge the learning gap" for K-12 and adult learners in their communities, as well as a YourCausesuite of productsthat enable CSR professionals to more effectively and successfully set up, deploy, and run giving, volunteerism, and grant management programs for its employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Master the EVERFI and YourCausesolutions and competitive differentiation, masterfully storytellaround the need and impact of the solutions, and maintainknowledge on new solutionsand updated value propositions
  • Meet and exceed expansion sales goals in an assigned set of customer institutions
  • Develop and maintainannual expansion plan against territory, including detailed expansion account plans for priority targets, along with white space analysis and monthly campaign execution for additionalaccounts.
  • Establish a regular and organized cadence of engagement with customers, working in collaboration with Customer Success team and implementation and delivery support, to understand their needs, drive value with EVERFI's product, deepen existing and develop new relationships, and link them to EVERFI's product and future opportunities
  • Continuously prospect with existing customers and new customer contacts and set up discovery meetings to achieve monthly sales meeting and pipeline creation goals as communicated by management
  • Align go-to-market strategies with digital, in-person, and other marketing-led campaigns to generate customer engagement opportunities
  • For priority growth accounts, conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customer success, renewals leads, and other key stakeholders to deliver against client expectations and align against expansion plans.
  • For priority growth accounts, build and maintainknowledge about the customer's competition, business and industry trends, and changes in customer organization and personnel
  • Run an effective sales process that leveragessales process and evaluation plan tools to drive mutual alignment to decision dates and close plan timing
  • Accurately forecast pipeline for in month and in quarter quota attainment
  • Continually keep opportunities and account records up to date in our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Independently request support from Corporate Impact executive team and subject matter experts as needed to support sales and partnership opportunities
  • Provideprofessional and helpful transitions to Customer Success team to ensure successful partnerships
  • Attend industry focused conferences and other forums as needed to drive new and existing customer relationships
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

What we'll want you to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an account management or sales role, with at least 2 years experienceselling to midsize and larger organizations
  • Proven track recordof exceeding sales goalswith quotas ranging from $750K-$1M+
  • Experience navigating $50K-$300K+ ACV (Average Contract Value) deals
  • Knowledge of or experience working in financial institutions or healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to forecast and track activities and opportunities, Salesforce preferred
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Strong written skills and ability to effectively present to individuals and groups and create rapport and engagement
  • Ability to conduct proactive outreach to assigned territory
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Strong urgency creation, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $76,900.00 to $105,900.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
