The United States Army, Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) leads global operations for the Army's portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN), ensuring freedom of action in cyberspace while denying the same to our adversaries in support of multi-domain operations. This position provides non-personal Information Technology (IT) services supporting the Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF) covering both Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) IT support to NETCOM and its supported organizations for DoDIN hardware, software, data, applications, tools, and systems used by the Army.
What is the position?
You are responsible for all aspects of Quality Management regarding the development and maintenance of assigned Enterprise Architecture project and takes project from planning through final delivery. You will interface with all areas affected by the project including GEF end users, the Solution Development Team, the Cybersecurity team, the Operations team, the Operations Desk team, and client services. You will define project scope and objectives and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. You will conduct project meetings and are responsible for project tracking and analysis. You will lead a group of engineers, architects, and analysts and ensure adherence to quality standards and review Enterprise Architecture deliverables. You will provide technical and analytical guidance to the Enterprise Architecture team. You will direct and participate in high-level Enterprise Architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.

You will serve as a member of the transition team to enable knowledge transfer, knowledge capture, and you will provide subject matter expertise in support of the NETCOM GEF cloud enterprise environment that provides the US Army a complete suite of computing enterprise services under three broad areas: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Network Services, and Computer Network Defense (CND). NETCOM implements these requirements to meet the Department of Defense goals of a secure network and a responsive enterprise as envisioned by the Joint Information Environment (JIE).

Compensation
$110,609.43 - $182,506.63
The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of Cognosante's total compensation package for employees. - Master of Arts/Master of Science W/10+ yrs. or Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science w/12+ yrs.
- Secret Clearance
- Information Assurance Manager Level - Two (IAM-II)
- Computing Environment Certification (CEC)
What additional characteristics will help me thrive?
- 10+ yrs. experience providing Project Management support for various IT projects.
- Have a deep understanding of DoD business transformation and processes, DoD organizational structure, and experience in developing briefings and responses to GAO, OMB, and executives within the department.
- Possess extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with the DoDAF, the Business Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Transition Plan, Service Oriented Architecture, and the Business Mission Area Federation Strategy and Roadmap.
