Enterprise Applications Leader

Our ECM Industries business in New Berlin, Wisconsin is adding an Enterprise Applications Leader to the team. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this position significantly contributes to the growth of ECM Industries by improving efficient utilization of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee, manage, and guide the activities of the Oracle business analysts for all applications, and primarily Oracle Applications and related bolt-ons.
• Provide highly technical hands-on expertise and management. Team will handle and prioritize all efforts of functional issues. This includes hands-on activities with expert functional knowledge to facilitate the resolution. Work with system users to translate business requirements into functional specifications; creating required documentation, conducting required systems configurations, performing integration testing, and instructing users.
• Act as key liaison between the business key user community and IT staff while supporting business communications and strategy discussions as needed. These activities should focus on managing key user groups to support maximizing returns to the business while simultaneously standardizing business processes, leveraging resources, and providing solutions.
• Utilize application support ticketing system and knowledge community for seeking resolutions to application related issues. Organize the application of software patching as identified or required by authorized application support.
• Manage complex projects including project charters, plans, timelines, resource tracking, task tracking, and summary report outs.
• Recruit and mentor team members on performing day-to-day activities, interacting with customers, development plans, objectives, goals, opportunities, expectations and periodic performance reviews.
• Manage outside consultants, resources, and third-party vendors as needed to accomplish company initiatives.

Required Skills:
• Demonstrated aptitude to effectively communicate and constructively engage all organization levels, including ability to establish stakeholder preferences, build consensus and drive decision making.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of a broad set of business functionality in such areas as sales, supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, pricing, costing and finance.
• Effectively manage team members as well as handle multiple initiatives and deadlines, and deliver high quality results.
• Use of soft skills and initiative that demonstrates ownership and resolve to getting things done.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor team members and key user community in a suitable manner that creates synergy and promotes an agile atmosphere.

Required Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of senior level experience in the functional areas of Oracle Applications and directly applying expertise with the business user community.
• Previous experience in a Senior Business Analyst role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or technical field or equivalent experience (10+ years)
• Previous management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Applications data model and table structures.
• Ability to build accurate, complex, nested Oracle SQL queries.
• Managed several complex Oracle Applications implementation projects involving multiple sites, and full scope of functional and technical areas.
