The Enrollment Specialist, guided by the Enrollment Assistance Manager, passionately engages in a dynamic role. They provide full-service application assistance to the uninsured. Guiding them with enthusiasm through the application process. This advisor not only determines eligibility for Medi-Cal and/or Covered CA but also performs outreach to auto-enrolled Covered California Members to help effectuate their membership. Their commitment extends to active monitoring, follow ups, and compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring a seamless journey until application approval.Additional Benefits:

Three (3) years of experience in the following disciplines:
- In-house sales
- Outbound Sales Experience
- High-volume telemarketing
- High-volume consumer products/industrial distribution order taking
- Customer Service in a high-call-volume environment
- Outreach, Enrollment and Retention
Knowledge of the following areas:
- Medi-Cal and/or Covered California eligibility
- Customer service and phone etiquette
Expert knowledge in the following areas:
- State Health Programs and the application and enrollment process
- Both Open and Special Enrollment Period eligibility requirements
