DescriptionSUMMARY
This role is responsible for working with the Director of Enrollment Services to support both the admissions and advising teams to ensure the new student and continuing student enrollment processes operate efficiently.
Oversees the inquiry management process to ensure appropriate, effective, and timely responses to inquiries. Responsible for Outreach inquiry entry, producing timely, compliant, and accurate reporting and communications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure data is entered into the admissions databases, including new student paperwork, application, and enrollment document tracking.
Track admissions inquiries and progress to maximize new student results.
Co-manage admissions email and web chat to communicate with prospective students.
Participate in student recruitment activities by providing information about college opportunities and the admissions process.
Assist with coordinating special events such as Open Houses, workshops, and other on-campus recruitment events.
Maintain the accuracy of applicable University databases.
Manage enrollment files and data reconciliation for new and continuing student registration.
Adhere to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities and USV’s policies and procedures.
Provide campus tours to prospective students as needed.
Serve as a backup receptionist when needed.
Other duties and related projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associate degree or higher preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
Experience:
- One year of administrative experience is preferred.

Work is conducted in a professional office environment with extensive people interaction. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and office machines. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.
