This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process new business enrollment
- Research and verify group and/or member eligibility
- Work with various platforms of communication throughout numerous departments
- Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and verify business requirements are met
- Review employer and employee applications to determine group eligibility
- Work with internal business partners and brokers to obtain any missing information needed to issue group. (This can include Outbound Phone calls as needed.)

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a health care, call-center or office setting analyzing and solving customer problems
- Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington or Rhode Island Residents Only: The hourly range for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Hawaii / Nevada / New York / New Jersey / Washington / Rhode Island residents is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
