Enrollment Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Enrollment Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Voyagers’ Community School plays a pivotal role in driving the school's growth by effectively combining sales, marketing, and public relations strategies. This position, 25-40 hours per week, involves implementing marketing initiatives to promote the school, establishing positive relationships with the community, and securing enrollment commitments.
The Enrollment Sales and Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the admissions and administrative teams to enhance the school's visibility, attract prospective students, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management and Public Relations:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and families, employing strong public relations skills to represent the school positively.
- Cultivate relationships with local media, community organizations, and educational influencers to enhance the school's public image.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school's philosophy and programs, and enhance its presence in the community.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including digital brochures, pamphlets, and flyers, and social media and website content to attract and engage prospective students.
- Discover and create outreach opportunities that attract community members to our school.
Application Processing and Sales:
- Oversee the submission and processing of enrollment applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Implement effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrolled students and achieve enrollment goals.
Tours, Information Sessions, and Events:
- Coordinate and conduct school tours, information sessions, open houses, and enrollment events to showcase the school's offerings.
- Organize and promote community events that attract prospective students and their families.
- Locate and attend community fairs, information sessions, and events.
Collaboration with Administration and support teammates:
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and refresh marketing and enrollment strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
- Provide feedback and data to enhance marketing materials and campaigns based on insights gained during the enrollment process.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or public relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
- Relationships with local media representatives and outlets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the school's programs, values, and educational philosophy.
- Familiarity with customer relations and lead management systems, Google Suite, and Canva.
- Understanding of sales funnels and how to optimally engage at each stage
- Big picture thinker capable of proactively thinking of and implementing outside-the-box recruitment and outreach strategies
- Must be comfortable with flexible working hours; some evenings and weekends are a must.
Compensation:
- Earn an base hourly pay of $25.00 - $32.00 along with a lucrative commission and incentives, for a potential earning of $75,000 in the first year.
- The base hourly offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience.
