Role & Responsibility
Specific Duties:
- Perform inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- Prepare prototype build kits
- Procure parts for the assembly of prototypes
- Support logistics activities
- Unloading and receiving freight
General Duties:
- Study specifications/plan sequence of operations
- Utilize CAD software to view designs
- Utilize software to maintain inventory
- Develop cross-functionality within the shop
- Perform maintenance/repairs on facilities/equipment as needed.
- Interpret prints to ensure parts/machines meet specifications.
- Order supplies and ship parts
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Technical - Associates Degree; Allow Equivalent
- Proficient in at least one of the specific job functions listed.
- Strong applied mechanical skills and a willingness to use them.
- Manufacturing or Product Development experience preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Physical Demands: The overall level of work is defined as heavy duty. Employees are expected to exert 51-70 pounds of force occasionally, 21-50 pounds of force frequently and/or 11-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Good written & verbal communication.
