Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage various parts of a project to ensure its success
- Manage project timelines, resources and communication and keep track of progress on multiple tasks among various departments
- Assign and monitor daily tasks and communication to meet deadlines and ensure success
- Coordinate projects, and provide updates and progress reports for the project manager and other members of management
- Organize various parts of an activity for collaborative and efficient communication in person, via phone, and email
Job Requirements and Experience:
- Background in providing administrative support to Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service departments
- Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication skills with teams of all levels
- Excellent time and process management skills
- Work in a manufacturing environment required
Salary: $22-$28
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
