What you will do:
You will be able to participate in a wide variety of projects, from participating and leading time studies to support production efficiencies and cost accounting accuracies, to machine and plant safety improvements, to even front-end business process improvements.
The ideal candidate:
A strong, mechanically inclined and curious individual who will be self-driven to identify, participate in, and lead projects that will benefit the organization and employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Students, Junior or Senior standing, prefer GPA above 2.75.
- Understanding of Machine Shop Tools/Processes/Technology.
- Ability to use Autocad Software.
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written and telephonic.
- Solid Microsoft Windows capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong ability & understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Understanding how to plan and conduct Time Studies.
