- Assist and implement Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects from conceptual design to installation and startup for new production processes and manufacturing equipment, facility infrastructure and utility systems
- Provide leadership and lead teams involved in project execution including internal engineering, maintenance and external contractors
- Support manufacturing with process evaluation and productivity improvement projects.
- Manage small capital projects from design through installation and start-up.
- Travel from site to site; inspect facilities, buildings, and grounds for routine maintenance; prioritize repairs and renovations.
- Assist the Maintenance & Engineering team to manage and coordinate work with 3rd party vendors including recommend continuous quality improvement practices
- Handle installation of furniture, equipment and supplies (weighing of different options, price comparisons)
- Coordinate and/or assist with special events, set up, tear down.
- Follow up with internal customers to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships with fellow employees.
- Assist with site inspections (related to fire department, build outs, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 full years of college course completed, preferably 3 years. Currently full time engineering student at accredited College or University studying engineering with preferred study focus on industrial, chemical or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors and other employees of the organization.
- Must be proficient in Excel including data analytics in numeric and graphical forms. Completion of 2 semesters of engineering mathematics is the minimum requirements.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Apply basic engineering problem solving techniques to improve manufacturing efficiencies. Focus on cost/benefit analysis to determine best solutions.

Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (50 lbs.), and ability to adjust vision for close vision work.
