AddressThe Engineering Director delivers program goals by coordinating engineering and cross-functional activities for a given product portfolio, spanning Advanced development, New product introduction as well as Sustaining engineering.
Your role:
- To plan and execute all cross-functional programs undertaken by the business in a given product portfolio.
- Coordinate with other leaders in the organization to plan resources and budgets for programs.
- Provide stakeholders with regular project/program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, risks and mitigation plans, etc.
- Manage a team of program/project managers and lead them in state of art program management practices.
- Keep up-to-date with technical basics and new technology, in order to optimize the goals of each project and maximize synergy between the projects.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in leadership positions in Engineering and/or Program/project management during which you’ve worked on all aspects of product lifecycle
- You have experience directly managing people
- You have demonstrated experience managing complex programs
- Prior medical product development and 510k experience is preferred
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent in an Engineering and/or business discipline or alike experience
- You have the ability to manage stakeholders and build/lead global teams
