Job Summary
We're looking for performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. Our co-op program offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: New Product Engineering, New Product Testing, Parts rationalization engineering studies. The position is available at our Lexington, KY office. As we hire the majority of our full time positions through our intern & co-op talent, successful candidates will have an opportunity to interview for full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Support various engineering projects which includes but is not limited to research, creating CAD models (Creo), supporting prototype builds, etc.
Qualifications:
- Overall 3.0 GPA or above
- BS/BA in Mechanical
Key Competencies:
- Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
