Foth Production Solutions works closely with consumer product companies to solve their toughest technical challenges. We partner with clients to help streamline their capital spending and business decision process, enable operational efficiencies, and launch new products. Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Client Team Leader with consumer products (or related) engineering, construction, or manufacturing experience who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This position will be working out of a Northern California-based remote work from home location.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible to both your assigned client as well as your Foth project execution team. Through the delivery of personalized, client-centered service, you will be expected to develop and manage positive and productive long-term client relationships. By demonstrating a dynamic and positive leadership style, you will encourage and motivate a multi-disciplined team to support your clients' engineering, equipment and capital execution needs, enabling them to be a leader in their market.
In addition to natural interpersonal skills, you will also need to possess strong business, technical, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be able to generate revenue, deliver profitability, create and implement strategic plans, and make timely decisions.
Finally, you will need to maintain a flexible schedule and will be expected to travel as necessary to meet the needs of the role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Budgetary responsibilities executing capital projects, P&L, and project financials
- Ability to travel with short notice
- Presentation development and delivery skills
- Demonstrated strategic decision making

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
- 10+ years of consumer products (or related) engineering or manufacturing experience
- 7+ years of sales, account management, and/or client development
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
Required Previous Recent Experience with the Following:
- Management of client relationships
- Contract negotiation, management and administration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Account management experience
- Ability to do revenue projections
- Ability to navigate social media platforms for business purposes
- CRM platform experience
- Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
$150,000 - $210,000 a year
The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonuses. Eligible full-time and part-time members will be offered medical, dental, vision insurance, employee assistance program, disability, retirement, holiday pay, and several other voluntary benefits.
