About the Role: Data and Reporting Team Lead
As the Data and Reporting Team Lead at Aloware, your role is pivotal in managing and advancing our data operations. This leadership position is tailored for individuals skilled in handling and analyzing vast datasets, proficient in developing sophisticated reporting, and maintaining robust data infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Manage and advance our data operations, overseeing the development and maintenance of systems handling extensive call and text data.
Oversee the entire data pipeline: storage, ETL processes, summarization, visualization, and new data point computation.
Strategically manage project timelines, coordinating with teams to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into existing products.
Build and lead a high-performing data team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Mentor team members, promote continuous learning, and uphold high standards in data handling and processing.
About You: We're seeking a leader with:
Profound expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets, developing and maintaining reporting, and robust data infrastructure.
Experience managing the complete data pipeline: storage, ETL processes, and visualization.
Strategic thinking to manage project timelines and integrate AI technologies into existing products.
Exceptional communication and team-building skills to foster collaboration across departments.
Dedication to mentoring team members and upholding high standards in data handling and processing.
Technical Requirements and Desired Tech Stack:
Leadership: 2+ years leading teams of 3-5 engineers in a similar product domain.
Software Expertise: 5+ years working with VueJS, PHP, MySQL, and AWS. NodeJS/Python skills are welcome but PHP/Laravel and VueJS are our core technologies.
API Integration: 2+ years integrating REST APIs (Twilio, HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.), focusing on security and customization.
UI Proficiency: Vital experience in VueJS or React for UI development throughout the project lifecycle.
Database and BI: Familiarity with various modern databases and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
Domain Experience: Background in telecommunications, VOIP, CRM, or SaaS tools like chatbots and helpdesk systems is preferred.
