Materials Team Lead 2Nd & 3Rd Shift

Primary Role:

The Material Handler Team Leader oversees material flow, identifies and resolves problems to ensure maximum productivity. They provide direction, guidance, training, and support to personnel in the shipping/receiving area, ensuring standards are met for quality, costs, production, and maintenance.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conducts start-of-shift meetings, operates lift trucks, maintains equipment, and follows safety protocols.

- Supports manufacturing operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and adheres to quality and safety standards.

- Uses computerized inventory systems, ERP software, and shipping tools.

- Works collaboratively in a team environment, assists in material movement, and adapts to flexible work hours.

Requirements:

- Proven work record in planning, organization, independence, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, and computerized inventory systems.

- Ability to lift and move heavy items, operate material handling equipment, and work flexible hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
