Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing and mechanical.
- Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
- Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
- Clean all work areas after completing job.
- Fill out Daily Work form.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
- Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess general maintenance knowledge.
- Qualified candidate must have good communication skills.
- Candidate must have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools (ladders, genie-lift, ect), and to include Personal protective equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and associates
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
