Role Description-This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enrollment Specialist located in Southfield, MI. The role primarily involves communication with clients, conducting credentialing and enrollment processes, providing customer service, and managing customer benefits and insurance plans.

- Experience in credentialing and enrollment processes.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance plans
- Excellent customer service skills
Potential candidates should possess the skills and qualifications listed above. Other beneficial skills include attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
HDR is looking for full time Enrollment Specialist to enroll DTE and other energy customers into the Free Energy protection program offered through Detroit energy progrmas.
