The Encompass Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, support, user maintenance, licensing, and configuration, custom coding, and reporting. The Encompass Administratoralso supports, configures, and deploys functional aspects of Ellie Mae applications for all departments within the originations group.
What you will do for Constructive Capital:

• Assist end users with daily questions, system issues, and proper usage of the application or LOS Systems by providing solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving promptly
• Set up and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, and persona loan access to fields and loans
• Maintain complete document library, build custom documents, print forms, maintain eFolder settings, create custom fields, and custom input forms
• Build, test, and implement Field Trigger, Data Entry, and Milestone Completion rules as requested by each business group
• Manage Encompass enhancements through testing of new functionality, deployment to a production environment, and communication to end-users with effective change management and document configuration
• Manage integration and user access of 3rd party vendors and services
• When necessary assist the Compliance and Security Info team in loan origination systems, 3rd party vendors, and services audits or reviews
• Research and provide communication on Major Encompass releases and how it is going to impact Originations and users

What you will bring to Constructive Capital:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred; high school diploma / GED required
• 3+ Years of Encompass Administration Skills with knowledge of Ellie Mae products such as Data Connect, TPO Connect, and Consumer Connect; knowledge of various Kensie Mae plug-ins a plus
• 3+ Years of Report Writing using generally acceptable reporting tools
• 3+ years in application support
• Must have excellent analytical/technical skills with a high capacity for continuous learning
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to identify, create, and produce documentation and data analysis
• Able to evaluate processes and data to generate core insights and proactively present the information to management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work collaboratively and communicate with various functional areas and employee levels within the company
• Strong customer service mentality and goal-oriented
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
• Must be self-motivated and have a demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team situation
• Must have a general understanding of system architecture, SQL knowledge, loan origination business knowledge, and the SDLC
• 3+ years of development experience using a structured programming language such as Java, C++, C#, VB, .Net. SQL knowledge a plus
