Are you a dynamic and compassionate individual looking to make a positive impact? Children's Square is seeking energetic Youth Support Specialistsfor our Emergency Shelter and Residential Treatment programs. Mental Health Services is a thriving career, and we want you to be a part of our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children on campus.
Plan and lead engaging life-skills sessions for youth.
Implement individualized treatment plans for each youth.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and supervision to youth in your assigned area.
Maintain clear documentation, communication, and monitoring of youth in your care.
Position Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Higher starting pay for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for helping youth in crisis.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to pass criminal history, child abuse, and sex offender checks, as well as a physical and TB test.
