EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
As a Business Services Representative (Employment Facilitator, OVR), you will serve as liaison between employers, providers, and district office staff to support established district office programs and customer placement opportunities. You will maintain relationships with employers established by our counselors and other staff through regular contact via various communication channels. Additionally, you will promote OVR employment programs and employer work incentive programs to employers, providers, and district office OVR staff, which involves sharing information and resources. This includes promoting initiatives such as On the Job Training (OJT), apprenticeships, paid work experiences, and supported employment. Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, after completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in York.Salary: Most employees will start at the beginning level of the advertised salary.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
