Qualifications:

Note: This is 6 month of contract /Fully RemoteThe Ideal Profile Should Have/beCandidates must have creative thinking skills, the ability to self-direct, attention to detail, no micro-managing, and be creative.• Education in any discipline• Minimum 1 year of work experience in content creation, Diversity, and inclusion support activities, Employer Branding, recruitment marketing or talent attraction.• Good interpersonal skills to work within and across divisions to achieve the desired outcome• Good verbal and written communication skills• Experience in event promotion and community networking3-4 skills or areas of experience on a resume that you "MUST HAVE" to move a candidate forward to an interviewGood communication skills , good organization skills , excel skills , diversity inclusions , Excellent understanding of Organic social media .Support:• Support the social media editorial calendar by tracking upcoming and notable specific programming releases and events• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and escalate issues, as necessary• Maintain recruitment brand standard guidelines, while going through the appropriate approvals and support rollout of content, recruitment marketing and communication tactics.• Organize data to showcase GTA's efforts to attract a variety of diverse talent for monthly Diversity Center of Excellence meetings.• Present monthly in Global Talent Acquisition round up meeting to showcase the best of the month from social and to help influence new idea generation.• Support the Culture HQ set-up, video collection and video editing by region and division globally.• Develop innovative marketing and communication strategies (including social media) to achieve higher participation in our D&I talent attraction events.• Ensure podcast episodes are compliant and reviewed by legal.• Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices.What you'll need:• We love out-of-the-box thinkers and new ideas! Our goal is to attract top talent to our company with a strong focus on digital programs and key pillars such as Diversity & Inclusion. In this opportunity you will create content, provide communications and marketing insight, guidance, and support to support our events, and recruitment plans across the globe.Deliverables and MilestonesPartnering:• Help develop and execute our Employer Branding, Candidate Experience and Diversity & Inclusion strategy, identifying and highlighting key differentiators that set the company, its culture, and practices apart from competitors.• Effectively understand and clearly relay the company's values and mission both internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Members worldwide, Total Rewards, HR, Communications, etc.) to accomplish company and team priorities• Host weekly meetings with Global Communications to ensure channel alignment and to share content and ideas.• Host weekly meetings with AMS / Marketing Partners to ensure channel alignment and to share content and ideas.• Produce, coordinate, and manage creative assets for our career site(s), various social media channels and other platforms for GTA, EBRG's and other shareholders.Research and Competitive Intelligence:• Identify new opportunities to elevate the brand globally through research studies within Talkwalker, collect and evaluate competitor reviews and understand industry best practices• Work with the SEM team to pull data and reporting for competitive intelligence and creative concept development• Support collection, aggregation, and analysis of digital marketing data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.• Stay up to date and have an informed opinion on industry trends, technologies, and pertinent research as well as relevant platform updates.• Analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, including native media platforms and third-party data sources• Inform campaign/activation goals and develop KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement frameworks as part of broader planning.• Effectively communicate and present technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.• Disseminate and present reporting deliverables as a storyteller, working to uncover and tie analytical insights to client strategy and planning initiatives.• Participate in developing content strategy/campaigns aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
