THE TEAM
Employee Experience & People Strategy team is the Center of Excellence (COE) providing Ticketmaster's Human Resources function and the business with the strategy, programs, and tools that make up the standard Ticketmaster Employee Experience and underpin our vibrant culture. We design and execute people-centric solutions to drive employee engagement, performance, retention, and well-being consistently across our organization. The core of our work is to motivate, guide, and care for our people so they can do their best work every day.
The Employee Experience & People Strategy (EXPS) team's focus spans the entire Ticketmaster organization and all global locations.
THE JOB
As a strong coordinator for the EXPS team, you will work in partnership with the Director and EXPS Lead to deliver a meaningful and people-first Employee Experience. Specifically, you will be a part of the planning, organization, and tracking of work including Engagement Surveys, New Hire Onboarding and Orientation, as well as Employee Recognition.

The work will provide ample opportunity for you to showcase and develop your skills in effective communication, relationship building, strategic implementation, and project management.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with the team to execute day-to-day employee engagement projects and initiatives to drive employee engagement and foster a healthy environment and vibrant culture
  • Coordinate employee survey campaigns including task management, driving employee participation, stakeholder communication, and team tracking
  • Support employee onboarding and company orientation programs, managing the scheduling and organization of events as well as content collection and distribution
  • Implementation of key employee award programs including our Rockstar and Legends Awards, ensure success of day-to-day logistics and continuous improvement efforts over time
  • Track and report on key EXPS projects, keeping updated records and sharing with key stakeholders as needed
  • Audit and update team materials as part of the team's work to create a shared knowledge center
  • Manage employee swag (merchandise) - creating an equitable process for the ordering and distribution, manage that process and monitor supplies, coordinate leader and manager requests

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
  • Proven experience with project implementation
  • Strong project management skills, especially organization and time management
  • Outstanding skills with technology, Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and a willingness to learn new systems. Workday experience a plus.
  • Excellent and engaging written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Effective team player with proven ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong preference for someone located or willing to work in a Central or Eastern time zone
  • 2-3 years' experience or a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or related
