Join Our National Insurance Brokerage Team:
We seek an Employee Benefits Analyst in Orange County, California. Join a top national insurance brokerage specializing in large group accounts. You will work with an outstanding team of professionals and have the resources to thrive in this role.
Location: Irvine, California (4 days remote/work from home and 1 day in the office)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
- Full benefits package including matching 401k

Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate benefits plans and programs for large group accounts.
- Collaborate with brokers and clients to understand and meet their benefits needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and comprehensive benefits offerings.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on benefits trends, costs, and analyses.
- Support the implementation and administration of benefits programs.
- Assist in compliance and regulatory matters related to benefits.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in benefits analysis, preferably with large group accounts.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Relevant educational background in finance, business, or related field.
