Cafe Associate

Sip Sobro is a new locally owned taproom/coffee cafe. We will have 60 craft beers on tap that will always rotate, along with serving locally roasted coffee all day. The perfect combination.

With us being right downtown this joint will be a nice little getaway from the craziness on Broadway. Our business is family friendly. Outside food is welcome. Dog friendly patios. Sports friendly. We have a passion for beer, coffee and a chill place to hang out. Sip Sobro is going to be a game changer for this area of town. All of the offices and condos being built around us will make this the go to spot for locals and tourists.

We are expecting to be open in November! All training is paid. You will be taught how to use all coffee equipment, drink menus, and be familiar with the beer/keg cooler. The building is still currently under renovation- first interview will be via phone. Second interview if scheduled will be in person!

Responsibilities/experience/skills:

1. Experience in the service industry is preferred but not mandatory. Such as brewies, taprooms or coffee shops.

2. Multitasking/being productive - being able to keep the the lobby flowing, serving guest, cleaning, making drinks, checking areas of the taproom that may need attention. Staying productive without being micro-managed.

3. Must be able to work with your team members, self problem solve, communicate with others, and treat everyone with respect. The positive/kind culture we have in our business is very important to us.

4. Follow all business procedures that are set in place so the business is able to operate smoothly/successfully with each shift change.

Pay: $8.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
