The Call Taker will have a primary focus of assisting with Inbound and Outbound calls in a fast-paced customer focused, 24 x 7 Call Center.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and scheduling of Non-Emergency Calls
- Respond to 911 dispatch calls from various towns
- Interact with care providers, such Hospitals, Doctors Offices, and Nursing Homes
- Make Outbound calls to clients updating them on the arrival of their scheduled transportation
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, procedure adherence and professionalism
- Ability to achieve certifications as required by the company
- Other duties as assigned.
This position requires interaction with care providers, such Hospitals, Doctors Offices, Nursing Homes and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The Call Taker/Customer Service Representative will have strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient with all Microsoft office products, have attention to detail. One year of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role preferred.
The Call Taker/Customer Service Representative will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and have demonstrated their ability in using computers and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs.
The Call Taker/Customer Service Representative MUST have the ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
