Role Overview: As the Email Marketing Director, you will spearhead our Email Marketing strategies, focusing on developing CPA and Adsense revenue strategies, process mapping, and sending strategies to improve email deliverability. You will play a pivotal role in training and developing our team, ensuring optimal performance, and fostering seamless communication and coordination across all mail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement advanced CPA and Adsense revenue strategies to bolster our digital marketing efforts.
• Process Optimization: Map out efficient processes for our email campaigns, from conception to execution, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor email marketers, creatives, and tech teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team members, facilitating their professional growth and enhancing their skill sets.
• Coordination & Communication: Ensure effective communication and coordination among all mail teams, streamlining operations and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful email campaign management.
• Strong understanding of CPA, Adsense, and other digital revenue models.
• Expertise in Email Marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and optimization for deliverability.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, capable of working effectively across different teams.
• Analytical mindset, with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
