Role Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Coordinator who will manage high-impact email campaigns, create engaging content, and drive measurable results for our clients, namely,( but not limited to) successful wellness platform Valhalla Vitality. Also to play a key role in promoting our brand and services through meticulous planning and execution of email strategy in collaboration with our external marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to craft effective content and design for email campaigns.
• Oversee the execution of email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and implement enhancement strategies for better engagement.
• Diligently manage email list segmentation to target communications effectively and personalize the audience experience.
• Partner with stakeholders and external teams to set up automated email workflows that nurture leads and retain customers.
• Conduct research and generate creative content aligning with brand guidelines to support the customer's journey and meet the client's goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of content writing and editing background.
• Demonstrated proficiency in running successful Email Marketing initiatives in B2B or B2C settings.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with using Klaviyo for Email Marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and juggle multiple projects.
• Exceptional writing prowess and content creation skills.
• Innovative thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
• Superb verbal and written communication proficiency, including meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of digital marketing expertise.
