SUMMARY
Responsible for conceptualization/creating, writing and executing end-to-end Email Marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for writing, designing, producing and optimizing email campaign content, including landing pages and web forms. Additional responsibilities include management of email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication. Review and analysis of email performance metrics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, executes, and manages end-to-end Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
• Creates, writes, edits and proofreads content for all Email Marketing campaigns and communications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, graphics, and promotional materials for email campaigns.
• Monitors and analyzes email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conducts A/B testing of email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Segments and manages email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication to different audience segments.
• Ensures compliance with Email Marketing regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and maintain a clean and healthy subscriber list.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to implement automated email workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
• Researches, validates, and develops clear and compelling content to support the customer journey that adheres to required branding and style guidelines.
• Continually reviews and updates existing content to reduce, consolidate and create new insightful downloadable, searchable assets.
• Collaborates with team to create, write, edit and proofread content for supporting channels including social media, web content, newsletters and marketing materials.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of content writing and editing experience
Three (3) years of marketing experience
Proven experience in executing successful Email Marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
B2B insurance or insurance industry experience
Experience with CRM/CMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Pipedrive or similar tools)
SKILLS
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong writing skills with the ability to write and create content
Impeccable oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Eloqua or similar tools)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
