As an instructional leader, the principal serves as a teacher of teachers, focusing curriculum and instruction on increasing student learning. The Principal implements initiatives to support the long-term visioning of the district to ensure student-centered, effective, and efficient practices found in the strategic plan. The Principal will provide leadership by assisting teachers in: * Focusing on learning * Engaging in collaboration to improve student outcomes * Using data to improve student outcomes * Providing support for professional learning needed to improve student outcomes * Aligning curriculum, instruction and assessment to improve student outcomes
