Elementary School Teacher

Duties:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Previous experience working with elementary school children is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of education administration and curriculum development.
- Ability to effectively teach subjects such as Math, English, Science, and Social Studies.
- Experience in physical education, childcare, early intervention, or early childhood education is a plus.
