Elementary And Middle School Teachers - Part Time

Part-time (certified preferred) Elementary and Middle School Teachers needed - Hours are 12:30 - 3:40. The teacher is responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Teachers must be able to instruct all general ed subjects and reach students with engaging lessons. Must have experience in differentiated instruction.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Create daily, differentiated instructional plans aligned with grade level standards
• Assess student progress towards objectives, expectations, and/or goals for the purpose of providing feedback to students, parents and administration
• Prepare a variety of written materials (e.g. grades, attendance, anecdotal records, etc.) for the purpose of documenting student progress
• Collaborate with teaching specialists to foster a learning environment congruent with the specific educational objectives set by the administration and the grade team
• Communicate with parents, counselors and specialists regarding students’ educational objectives and progress
• Use technology equipment and materials to instruct and support students
• Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification (preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a passion for differentiation and experience with integrating technology into the curriculum to serve the needs of all learners
• Demonstrate eagerness to grow professionally
