Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of electronic assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences; lays out and assembles units for production electronic equipment according to designs and specifications.
Adjusts and calibrates systems as required; modifies electronic equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
Determines types of tests to be performed, approves and suggests modifications to testing equipment, and analyzes test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment.
Assists engineers in design and development of test procedures for new products and recommends product improvements or manufacturing modifications.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Basic Qualifications
10 years of direct experience Electronics Testing
5 years of knowledge in component level troubleshooting of solid state, digital, or RF (Radio Frequency) circuits.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite or other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions.
Ability to work second shift.
Desired skills
RF & Digital component level troubleshooting/firm grasp of theory of operation.
Spea Flying Probe experience.
ICT experience.
Familiarity with Radar Systems and troubleshooting methods.
High Power circuit card and sub assembly troubleshooting experience.
Cable Test experience with ability to troubleshoot to faulty solder ferrule and splices.
Advanced attention to detail.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $47,500 - $90,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
