What You’ll Do:
Candidates will perform quality inspections and perform similar manufacturing functions. This work requires very good hand/eye coordination. Candidates must also have strong attention to detail as they will be responsible for following specific work instructions on:
- Wire/Cable/Harness assembly
- Light Mechanical Assembly
- Inspection of Cables/Harnesses/Mechanical assemblies
- Other production activities as required.

- High school diploma, GED and/or a technical diploma and 3+ years’ equivalent technical experience and/or military technical training.
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, bills of material, and engineering change orders.
- Ability to do repetitive operations.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Ability to configure mechanical assemblies. (Mechanically inclined.)
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Must be a conscientious and cooperative team player
- Must be well organized and able to multi-task
- Must demonstrate willingness to work overtime as needed (occasional)
- Soldering is a plus.
