SepsaMedha is currently looking for Electrical Assemblers for their Ballston Spa, NY manufacturing facility.
SUMMARY: The electrical assembler will be responsible for production of components accurately and safely.
- Assemble electronic and mechanical parts following manufacturing procedures and communicate to the engineer and the supervisor about possible deviations.
- Execute all quality policies and procedures.
- Receive cross training and work dynamically in multiple projects as required by the supervisor.
- Maintain and care for all goods and tools provided by the company.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Inform superiors about accidents in his area and document them accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, and use fingers and hands to use objects, tools or controls.
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
- The employee could be exposed to hot/cold temperatures and loud noises.
- Ability to read, understand, speak and write fluent English.
- Team work skills.
- Meet the time required for each assembly, once the three month training period is completed.
- Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Be organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
