Electronic Assembler, Full Time, Day Shift, Will Train

Position:

Z-AXIS, Inc., a growing manufacturer of electronic assemblies requires a Manufacturing Team Member.

Responsibilities Include:

· Perform sub assembly operations on a variety of printed circuit board products. Operations include: component prepping and placement, soldering, inspection conformal coating and potting.

- Perform final assembly and electrical testing on completed products.

· Experience with electronics is a plus. We are willing to train the right individual.

· This is an important role within manufacturing. Our circuit board assemblies perform critical functions in medical, military, aerospace, and commercial applications.

Requirements:

· US Citizenship (we do some government work)

- A positive work ethic and attitude.

. Ability to work with small parts. Maintaining quality and accuracy while performing in a fast paced environment is a must.

· 3 months minimum in electronics related position is beneficial.

Compensation:

· $15.00 to start. Advancement possible with related experience.

Background:

Z-AXIS Inc. provides quality design, prototyping and contract manufacturing services for complex electronic products and electromechanical assemblies. These devices include LED drivers, sensing and measurement devices, laser drivers, machine controls, and electronic medical devices. We also design and manufacture commercial, industrial, medical custom power supplies under our Bear Power Supplies brand. We are centrally located between Rochester and Syracuse in upstate NY. We own our modern 32,000-square-foot design and manufacturing center and we are ISO9001:2015 certified. Z-AXIS has over 90 employees working in a single shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
