SalarySeeking hands-on, organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our system installation team. This position is best suited for technically oriented individuals with outstanding mechanical abilities and strong work pride.
As an Electronic Technician, you will work in small groups installing CAT5E/6,fiber data cables, perform cable terminations, install/align radios, perform test and other communication system infrastructure.
In this position, you come to our office in Queens, NY in the morning. At our office, you meet with other teams members and then travel in one of our company vehicles to our various projects in the NYC area. At the end of the day, your team will arrive back at our offices.
This full time position is a 10 hour/day - 4 day work week - Monday through Thursday. This work schedule enables a 3 day weekend, which many enjoy.
Training provided for qualified candidates as well as installation tools.
Position Requirements:
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Ability to pull/run CAT5E/6 data and Fiber cables
- Climbing and lifting in indoor and outdoor conditions
- Available for weekend shifts
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license and clean driving record
Position Qualifications:
- Experience with Category 5/6 data cable installation
- Professional attitude and appearance
- High School diploma
- Prior Technical Schooling/Training (i.e., Lincoln Tech, etc.)
- Willing to work occasional Paid overtime.
Position Benefits:
