Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the mapping of insurance claims, import/export files, and eligibility files for basic troubleshooting
- Identify technical issues that may arise from improper enrollment or enrollment changes on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files and coordinate with engineering partners to resolve issues
- Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of claims, eligibility, and accumulator data
- Perform file loads into the operations system
- Communicate status of ongoing tasks on a regular basis to end users and supervisor
- Coordinates ongoing EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades
- Translates business requirements into a viable technical solution document that meets the stated objectives requested
- Consult with engineering team and other internal stakeholders to implement process improvements
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
