Description
HealthComp is hiring an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Coordinator who will monitor the electronic flow of data and files being processed by our systems and improve essential business resources. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the mapping of insurance claims, import/export files, and eligibility files for basic troubleshooting
• Identify technical issues that may arise from improper enrollment or enrollment changes on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files and coordinate with engineering partners to resolve issues
• Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of claims, eligibility, and accumulator data
• Perform file loads into the operations system
• Communicate status of ongoing tasks on a regular basis to end users and supervisor
• Coordinates ongoing EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades
• Translates business requirements into a viable technical solution document that meets the stated objectives requested
• Consult with engineering team and other internal stakeholders to implement process improvements

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
