Position Summary:
The Customer Service Administration Specialist processes material as it comes in to the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Administration Specialist documents all material, provides current status, and closes out the jobs once the action is completed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes both the incoming and outgoing material for the Customer Service Department, to include: Warranty / Non-Warranty Radio Repairs, Warranty / Non-Warranty Accessory processing, and other material as required for support of our customers.
Resolve customer complaints or answer customer's questions.
Provide reports and/or status updates of all material in the processing workflow.
Open tickets and updates database tickets documenting the product flow of the Customer Service Department.
All duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong Excel, Access, MS Word, Power Point, skills required
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Good analytical skills
Very detail-oriented, accurate and organized
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Confidentiality and time management
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Work typically takes place in a normal office environment requiring: sitting, walking, lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing
Operate a PC and other office equipment
Travel between floors and office buildings may be required
Environmental conditions: noise, vibration, oils, solvents, chemicals
